J. has spent over 30 years of his career in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of AerioConnect and MetroFiber owned by Broadband MDU Holdings. His current role involves overseeing and executing on an aggressive acquisition plan, targeting companies serving high density apartments, condos and commercial businesses throughout the US.
As a senior executive in past successful
start-ups, which include ClearSource, Grande Communications and EnTouch Systems, he was responsible for operations, construction, sales, maintenance, customer service and all supporting departments. His most recent role in EnTouch Systems, a turnaround situation, provided investors with a successful outcome.
J. has also been a board member on several Chamber of Commerce Associations and Economic Development Councils.

Carol McGarah

Carol is a skilled strategist proficient at maneuvering the nuanced legislative and regulatory process, she is often tapped to develop and lead legislative and regulatory campaigns.
She is widely recognized as a top Texas lobbyist with an expertise in many areas including environmental policy borne from her work as the director of the powerful Senate Natural Resources Committee. In this position, she gained valuable knowledge working on legislation involving air, water, waste, energy, and agriculture.
Carol was instrumental in the conception, development, and passage of groundbreaking water legislation in 1997 and created the precedent-setting Texas Emission Reduction Plan to address the state’s air quality issues.
Two decades of private sector experience expanded her areas of expertise to include economic development, education, transportation, insurance, municipal government, and real estate development.

John Wright

John has spent just short of 36 years in the energy industry working for Phillips 66, ConocoPhillips, and Conoco in various North American and International roles.
He retired in 2017 as the Sr. Vice President of Commerical for Phillips 66 with global responsibility for supply and trading activities. Previous roles included serving as President, ConocoPhillips Gas and Power; President, ConocoPhillips Refining and Marketing Asia Pacific.
He also served as President, Conoco Trinidad and Managing Director of Phoenix Park Gas Processors.
He is past President of the Point Lisas Trinidad Association of CEO’s, Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad, and member of the Natural Gas Supply Association.

Ann Banks

Ann has a specialization in emerging energy technologies including low carbon, carbon capture, and renewable systems and developed a reputation in the power industry as one of the leading experts in complex commercial transactions.
As Chief Commercial Officer of Summit Power Group, she steered the deal team and led deal structuring and commercial negotiations relating to the $3bn Texas Clean Energy Project, a coal gasification project with greater than 90% carbon capture and sequestration in EOR operations in the Permian Basin.
Ann was Senior VP Business Development & Finance at Sindicatum Carbon Capital, a private equity start-up pursuing greenhouse gas reduction and renewable energy projects. During her 9 years with Calpine she served in many roles with her greatest success being the simultaneous development of two gas fired combines cycle power plants.

Adam Zylman

Adam Zylman is the Founder and President of Grey Owl Partners, an investment and advisory platform leveraging his proven track record of sourcing, structuring and closing transactions as well as building small businesses into much larger companies. Prior to forming and funding Grey Owl in 2019, Adam served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunland Capital, a privately-owned holding company investing in energy, industrial and infrastructure service companies, which Adam co-founded in 2009. Prior to co-founding Sunland Capital, Adam spent more than a decade in private equity and investment banking at SCF Partners and Merrill Lynch’s Global Energy & Power Group, respectively.
Adam currently serves on the Board of Directors of Expedition Water Solutions as Executive Chairman as well as Process Service Specialists and Rebound International. Adam serves on the Advisory Board for the J.M. Burguières Co. as well as Houston Advisory Board for Cadence Bank, and he is an Operating Advisor to Platform Partners. Adam graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University and is a member of the Houston Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Brian has spent his entire career in the real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Principal for Pinchal & Company. Pinchal & Company specializes in the development, acquisition, operation and portfolio management of institutional grade industrial properties in markets throughout the United States. Its current portfolio focuses on Grade A and B properties in major national distribution markets.
Over 30 years, the real estate investment firm has acquired more than 30 million square feet of institutional grade product. With over 20 years of real estate expertise, Brian brings in-depth transaction and operational experience to the company.
Prior to joining Pinchal & Company, Brian was with Cassidy Turley as Senior Managing Director in the Houston office where he had leasing responsibility for a 4.2 million square foot portfolio of assets in Houston. Brian played an integral role in leading agency leasing and further developing the firm’s marketing systems and processes for Houston.
Brian has represented institutional clients such as Goldman Sachs, Behringer Harvard, Shorenstein, GE, Lexington Realty Trust, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan among others on various real estate investment portfolios.

Joe Listengart currently is a private investor and community volunteer, after his retirement from Kinder Morgan, Inc. in January 2013. Joe served as General Counsel and Secretary of Kinder Morgan Holdco LLC from May 2007 until completion of its initial public offering in February 2011, at which time he continued as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Kinder Morgan, Inc, (“KMI”).
He was elected Vice President and General Counsel of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc. and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of KMI in October 1999.
Joe was elected Secretary of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc. in November 1998 and has been an employee of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc. since March 1998.
He received his MBA from Boston University in January 1995, his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Boston University in May 1994 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University in June 1990.
